If you are presently participating in the MFCN with your child or grandchild, or you are a community member or service provider from the Milford or Bellingham area with a vested interest in early childhood education or its issues, please consider becoming a member of the MFCN Council!
As a MFCN Council member you would have a formal voice in guiding and advising the MFCN, have a chance to network with and meet other parents and early childhood providers, participate in a variety of early-childhood focused discussions and become more aware of what is happening in your community for early childhood. Also, as a MFCN Council member you could participate on the Milford Early Childhood council that meets prior to our Council meeting.
Council meetings are held once a month at the Shining Star Early Childhood Center. The Early Childhood Council meets from 6:30 to 7:30pm and the MFCN Council meets from 7:30 to 8:15. If you would like more information or to become a member, please contact Sara Humiston, Program Coordinator at 508-478-1135 ext. 0515.
